- We prepare the work. In Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50, TaxCalc or your own systems, with full working papers.
- You review and sign off. Your client relationship stays with you.

Yes. We prepare the work for your practice to review and sign off. Your client relationship stays with you, and we do not contact your clients unless you ask us to.

Which software do you use?
We work in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage 50 and TaxCalc, and can work in your practice's own systems where you give us access.
How do you handle confidentiality and data protection?
We agree the scope, confidentiality and data protection terms with you in writing before any client information is shared, and we only use your clients' information for the work you ask us to do.
How is the work priced?
Per job or as a monthly arrangement, depending on the volume and type of work. We agree the fee and turnaround with you in writing before we start.
Can you help at busy times only?
Yes. Some practices use us all year, others for peaks such as the Self Assessment season or year-end accounts. Talk to us about the volumes you expect.
