Common questions
When are my accounts due?
A private limited company generally files its accounts with Companies House within nine months of its accounting year-end, and pays Corporation Tax nine months and one day after it. The Corporation Tax return is due 12 months after the year-end. Please check your own dates at Companies House and with HMRC.
Can you help me plan my tax?
Yes. We look at how your company is structured and how you take money out of it, and explain the options so you can decide with confidence.
